This thermometer's 5" long stem is FDA recommended stepdown probe, it features a 1.5mm diameter tip, making it great for measuring the temperatures of thin or delicate foods. The included antimicrobial Safe-T-Guard protective sleeve incorporates EPA registered products to inhibit bacterial odor and mold growth on the case.
