Cadco XAF-133 Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven
The Cadco XAF-133 half-size countertop convection oven can hold up to four half-size sheet pans with 3 inches of spacing between each shelf. A fan moves air throughout the cavity, and the airflow pattern evenly heats product. Time, temperature, and humidity are manually controlled, and the timer can be set to 60 minutes or run continuously. Oven cavity insulation retains heat, while the durable stainless steel construction resists corrosion. An auxiliary water pump comes with the unit, so it can be connected to a water tank.
