The Eurodib M20ETL Mixer is ideal for small batch commercial mixing applications. The mixer features a 20-quart capacity, a stainless-steel bowl guard and 3 speeds. It uses planetary mixing action to combine ingredients quickly and uniformly into smooth mixtures and emulsions. It mixes at low, medium, and high speeds, and is not recommended to be used to mix heavy doughs.
