Design Services

Cook’s offers design services for new builds as well as renovations to existing spaces, utilizing both CAD and Revit. We can either work independently or with your current general contractor, architect, etc. The process typically starts with a site visit to confirm and review your objectives. If a site visit is not feasible, a conference call with stakeholders to review objectives is required. As-built drawings may be required and will accelerate the process.

After the design is complete and approved, we will provide a list of all equipment specified and present a proposal with pricing that includes all equipment, delivery, and installation. Once approved to proceed, Cook’s project team will handle all coordination and see the project through scope completion.

Design services can be utilized for cooklines, dishrooms, walk-ins, officer dining rooms, marketplaces, and full kitchens.
