Site Evaluations
If your foodservice operation is not working effectively, there can be a number of reasons. Cook’s Direct can help you understand and address the current state of your operations thanks to our extensive knowledge on institutional foodservice. Our team has traveled to facilities across the country to thoroughly evaluate kitchens and any other areas. If necessary, we will deliver a summary of our findings as well as an initial quote for replacement/new equipment with installation.

Cook’s offers design services for new builds as well as renovations to existing spaces, utilizing both CAD and Revit. We can either work independently or with your current general contractor, architect, etc. The process typically starts with a site visit to confirm and review your objectives. If a site visit is not feasible, a conference call with stakeholders to review objectives is required. As-built drawings may be required and will accelerate the process.

Cook’s Direct can coordinate a project after a site evaluation and/or design service. After these services are completed and you issue a PO for the required equipment and installation, Cook’s utilizes its own installation team that has extensive experience with kitchen equipment receiving, installation, and operation.
