YES! Although Cook's Direct carries products oriented toward the institutional kitchen, it is also open to the public. Many of the equipment and smallwares items are appropriate for camps, daycare facilities, or churches where durability and safety are a concern. All our products can be used in an institutional or commercial setting.
Q: What if I am tax-exempt and I am seeing tax on my order?

Q: What if I don't want to place my order online?

Have the item numbers and manufacturer name of the items you are interested in purchasing ready and your credit card information and they can quickly assist you in your transaction. They can also assist you with any questions you may have regarding the products.
Q: I am already a customer. Can I order on my existing account that I use for telephone orders?
Yes, please contact us here and we will send you your authorization code needed when you register to link to your existing account. As you place future orders, you will need to log into your account when you start shopping and then as you checkout the order will automatically be added to your account, just like it is when you order over the phone.
Q: Can I return an item?
Yes, items can be returned within 30 days if they are not damaged. In some cases, shipping and restocking fees may apply. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Cook's Direct will ship to anywhere in the United States. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico additional shipping charges will be applied. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO and APO/FPO boxes.

Cook's Direct ships most items via FedEx, USPS or USPS. Larger items may be shipped via freight line shipments.

Many items will ship from our warehouse in Woodridge, IL. Some items not in stock may be shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Our goal at Cook's Direct is to ship your items out to you as soon as possible. Items that are in stock in our warehouse will be shipped within 1 business day after the order is processed. Items not in stock will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
