Constructed of heavy-duty polished stainless-steel, Adcraft's GRID-24 24-inch Electric Countertop Griddle stands up to high-demand, high output commercial kitchens where space is at a premium. Its space-efficient design has an ample cooking surface (15.5" x 24"). Dual separate, adjustable thermostats give you full control of the griddle plate and its entire cooking area. Temperature range 120 to 570 degrees F. Constructed of heavy-duty polished stainless steel, the unit is both durable and easy to clean.
