Combine pre-plated hot and cold food portions into a reusable, single-service unit using a hygienic meal service system. The 5-compartment Base Trays used in the Tray on Tray Meal Delivery System are made to function as standard trays or to snugly fit a covered Insert Tray. This makes it possible to separate hot things from cold ones while still leaving four other compartments on the Base Tray usable. An excellent option for busy dining areas and menu changes.
