Cook's Extreme Duty Tray Delivery Carts will provide years and years of dependable service! They feature 14 gauge stainless steel construction with (10) 12 gauge gussets for unbeatable strength. The top shelves are turned up with 3 separate layers of 14 gauge stainless steel formed around the edge to prevent any bending or breaking. Load them up with trays and lock them down with the Cook's Exclusive patented Lock-Temp Strapper system. This system provides the tightest seal available, resulting in improved heat retention.
