Designed specifically for the corrections environment, this heavy duty insulated tray delivery cart will provide years and years of dependable service. It features 14 gauge stainless steel construction with (10) 12 gauge gussets for unbeatable strength. The top shelf is turned up with 3 separate layers of 14 gauge stainless steel formed around the edge to prevent any bending or breaking. Load it up with trays and lock them down with the Cook's Exclusive patented Lock-Temp Strapper system. This system provides the tightest seal available, resulting in improved heat retention.
