This oven has advanced infrared quartz elements which can roast up to 8 birds incredibly fast keeping the roasted products crisp and juicy. On the warming rack, it can hold two additional birds, increasing the display capacity. The oven features high polished stainless-steel construction with a tinted safety glass door that makes gives the ability to watch roasting process. This oven works great even if you have limited space to work with.
