Includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation by preventing ice buildup and consistent performance. 

Construction and Durability: Built with heavy-duty stainless-steel interior and exterior, this prep table offers exceptional durability against daily wear and tear. This prep table includes a galvanized steel bottom and rear, with four 5" swivel casters for easy mobility.  

Preparation and Organization: Prep table comes fully equipped with NSF-certified polycarbonate pans and a removable 19 1/4” deep cutting board allowing for versatile food preparation and easy cleaning to keep your workspace organized and efficient. Features two epoxy coated stainless steel wire shelves that can be height adjusted.
