The MRSL-2D Refrigerated 2 Door 47" Salad/Sandwich Prep Table from Food Service Essentials (FSE) is the ideal size for commercial kitchens, delis, sub shops, salad bars, cafes, or any foodservice operation that regularly makes fresh sandwiches and chopped salads.

Heavy-duty, stainless steel construction makes this refrigerated prep table strong, durable, and long lasting. It includes a strong and spacious polyethylene cutting board that conveniently runs the full length of the prep table and it’s 10-1/4" deep, functioning as a staging and assembly area. This cutting board can be easily removed for cleaning or switching to a different board.

Store all your condiments, meats, and vegetables in the cold topping area that can hold a variety different sized food pans including up to twelve 1/6 size pans, up to 6" deep. The unit ships with clear plastic food pans in place and ready to go, and because the rails in the cold toping area are adjustable, this unit allows for different combinations of food pans to fit your operations specific needs. The hinged insulated lid cover keeps the food items cold when not in service, and its handle is perfectly located for easy access. There is 12 cu. ft. of backup storage available in the refrigerated cabinet to easily hold prepped ingredients in food pans or additional inventory at food safe temperatures readily available when needed. The cabinet includes two adjustable plastic coated steel shelves with a 90 lbs. weight capacity each. The unit comes with 5" casters, 2 locking wheels and 2 non-locking wheels.
