Hatco CHW-43 Electric Food Pan Warmer/Cooker, Countertop

The Hatco CHW-43 Electric Food Pan Warmer & Countertop Food Warmer, which may be used wet or dry and has a separate illuminated On/Off rocker switch and an adjustable temperature control, is specifically made to hold and rethermalize food.

Contains an offset pan edge that prevents condensation from dripping onto the countertop. Although it can be operated without water, a dry indicator lamp tells the user when to add water for optimal efficiency. A full-size pan or three third-size pans with accessory pan support bars can be held by the CHW-FUL model; a full-size pan, a third-size pan, and an accessory pan support bar can be held by the CHW-43 model; or four third-size pans with accessory pan support bars.
