The Hatco HWBI43-3MA With Manifold Drain & Autofill is a versatile and efficient drop-in modular/ganged heated well that is perfect for keeping food warm and moist in high-volume kitchens. It features a durable stainless steel construction with aluminized inner walls, making it easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. The well has a capacity of three 4/3 size pans, making it ideal for holding a variety of foods, from soups and sauces to vegetables and entrees.
The HWBI43-3MA comes equipped with a 1" NPT manifold drain with a choice of left or right side field-selectable drain. This makes it easy to drain the well quickly and efficiently, even when it is full of food. The well also has an autofill feature that automatically fills the well with water to a predetermined level, ensuring that your food stays moist and delicious.
The HWBI43-3MA is heated by a 208V/240V 17.4 kW heating element that can reach and maintain a temperature range of 150°F to 200°F. The well also features a remote thermostat dial with a separate on/off rocker switch, making it easy to control the temperature precisely.
