8 TIPS FOR OPERATING iSi Gourmet Whip Dispensers
1. Fill a clean canister with your desired ingredients and be sure not to exceed the "Max Fill" line.
2. Combine the whipper's head with the head gasket, then screw the injection or decorator tip onto the dispensing valve after screwing the head onto the canister.
3. When you hear the hissing sound of the gas filling the whipper, drop the whipper charger into the charger holder and screw the holder onto the piercing mechanism. To add a second charger for bigger containers, repeat this procedure.
4. Shake the whipper repeatedly 8 to 10 times.
5. Remove the charger and cover the piercing mechanism with the dust cap.
6. Turn the whipper upside down, grip the neck of the canister with your thumb and index finger.
7. Use your pinkie, ring, and middle fingers to then squeeze the trigger to dispense your whipped ingredients. Make sure to keep the canister upright as you operate the device.
8. There is no need to shake the container between applications if the consistency of your product is not as thick as you would like, if the consistency is not as thick as you would like, shake the container one or two more times.
