The BigRig™ Family of immersion blenders, with its powerful motor 1 HP motor and stainless-steel blade and guard, can blend, chop, puree and emulsify easily. The ergonomically designed 2-position handle features an innovative, patent-pending color-coded ThumbDrive TM variable speed dial makes operation easier with the visual cues of green for standby, purple for ready to blend and blue for blending. These blenders also come with a patent pending soft touch controls and trigger controls with the option of continuous run operation to power through high volume blending applications and a speed monitoring feature that maximizes the blender performance. All switches on the handle are sealed to keep moisture out. Because the handle can be used in two different positions, it reduces user fatigue. Additionally, the grip aids in maneuverability and keeps the operators' hands away from the food.
There are five models, each features a detachable stainless-steel shaft in lengths of 12”, 14”, 16”, 18” or 21”, that can be removed for easy cleaning. The different shaft sizes are interchangeable and available as an accessory. There is also an optional 10” Wish accessory that allows the user to power through any whipping, mixing or aerating tasks.
The patent pending 12-foot power cord is a bright yellow and can be serviced by an HBC-accredited service center. The BigRig™ Family of immersion blenders are all available in either 120V or 230V.
