With heat-resistant rails that allow you to take a sheet pan straight out of a hot oven, this product is perfect for facilities with limited space and high customer traffic. With virtually any configuration you’d like, you can be confident there is a rack designed to your liking. The Ultimate Sheet Pan Racks come in three sizes: full size, half size, and undercounter. All three models can hold full or half size sheet pans. Additionally, there are two caster types available: rubber or metal, both of which have two locking casters for increased stability. You also have the option to choose between two different rail spacings, 1 ½ “spacing and 3” spacing. The 1 ½” rail spacing allows for maximum storage and the 3” rail spacing is perfect for quick loading and unloading of products. Because of the custom center-stem caster, these racks are easy to move around and are also a more durable option than your traditional metal racks. Another added bonus is that every component is replaceable in the event of damage, ensuring a lifetime of use free from dents, cracks, or missing parts.
