    With this convection oven, no matter how high the temperature is set, the one-piece, cool-to-the-touch door handles will allow your chefs to open the oven without worrying about getting burned. The double-pane glass windows and the non-sag insulation top, back, sides, bottom, and doors all assist in controlling and preventing heat loss. To enhance productivity and efficiency, this unit also includes an "oven cool" function for quick cooling down. Another great feature is this unit also comes with a built-in 60-minute timer and alarm, allowing your chefs to always be informed when food is finished. This unit has (2) lights in each oven, and (5) nickel-plated oven racks with (11) rack locations per section. On this model, casters are included making it easy to move for cleaning purposes, however, should you wish to have flanged feet instead, that is an optional feature as well.

A 3/4" back gas connection with a combined gas pressure regulator and electronic spark igniters are also included.
