Have you noticed something different on the Cook’s website? We’ve added a new feature that we feel is quite timely, and yes, that was a pun. Our newest feature is a blue button on the product category pages that calls out if an item is In-Stock. This button specifically calls out the products that are currently in our Distribution Center and that we can ship out to you within 24 hours of your placing an order. Typically, we ship these items the same day if you place your order in the morning.
Given the long lead times that many factories are currently struggling to get under control, knowing that specific models are in stock and available for immediate shipment is critical. We also pushed this capability online at this time because we are approaching the end of the fiscal year for many of our correctional customers who end their year on June 30th. We know that there many jails and prisons need to have their products for the current fiscal year both invoiced and delivered within the year. If you’re interested in buying a new commercial slicer with funds that are in your current budget, you will want to make your selection from our in-stock slicers like the Globe S13-156 Slicer with Prison Package. If your preference is an automatic commercial slicer, then you would be better off choosing the Hobart HS7N-1 2 Speed Automatic Slicer that is in stock at Cook’s instead of the automatic version of the Globe slicer which is not stocked.
This feature is available throughout the Cook’s website. You can see the various types of commercial foodservice equipment that is in stock, from slicers to microwaves as well as kitchen supplies, dining supplies, storage and transport products and janitorial supplies.
