Cook’s is on the road one last time for the month of March. This time we’re in Norfolk, VA for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference. If you’re in town for this conference, please stop by booth 609. We have two new team members who will be meeting our customers and friends from the east coast.
This is our third regional conference this month for the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS). We’ve already been to Reno, NV as well as St. Louis. It’s been a whirlwind tour. We’ve been on the road at these different conferences so that we can show people the newest product at Cook’s Campus Dining Supply; MyGo Containers™.
For each show, our booth has been focused on the MyGo Containers™, which are the newest innovation in reusable to-go containers. We began work on these containers in late 2019 with the intention of introducing them at the NACUFS national conference in 2020, but that show and subsequent regional shows were cancelled due to the pandemic. We’re making up for those missed opportunities to meet with customers by attending each regional conference and the NACUFS 2022 National Conference, held this year in Spokane, WA. July 13 – 16.
At each expo, we’ve had a full selection of the MyGo Containers™, including our most popular models, the large three compartment MyGo Container, small three compartment MyGo Container and the large single compartment MyGo Container. Bringing these out to these conferences lets the show participants see just how these containers are different than other reusable to-go containers on the market. The MyGo Containers™ feature a gasket that seals the lid and the interior compartments to keep foods separated. Also, these containers have snap-tight tabs to keep the lid shut during transport.
