Transform your food bar with Vollrath's Touchless SerVue™

The new SerVue™ Touchless Refrigerated Slide-In by Vollrath® replaces traditional open salad bars in the footprint of a 4-well drop-in. To minimize contamination, ingredients are kept in this self-serve machine in covered canisters behind glass doors. When a bowl is placed under the sensor, the well-lit interior highlights eye-level items that automatically dispense. The self-contained refrigerator cabinet keeps the ingredients at temperatures that are safe for food, prolonging serving times and ensuring maximum freshness. To minimize transfer to separate coolers, leftover food is kept in movable, covered dispensing canisters.
